Cause 1: Microphone Not Enabled
If the microphone on the Ring Video Doorbell is not enabled, you will not be able to receive or hear any sound. Make sure that the microphone has been enabled on the Ring device by going to the Ring Doorbell app and toggling the microphone button. Cause 2: Faulty Speakers
