Okay, the screenshot cleared it up; the missing space confused me but your sensor code is 161, which translates to 0xa1 in hexadecimal. According to our best information, here's the culprit.

**Replacing the battery will result in a warning message that the battery installed is not an OEM Apple battery, unless you use an Apple battery supplied by Apple's Self Service Repair program and run System Configuration.
Note that since the writing of that information, as of iOS 18 and later you can replace the battery with a new or used genuine Apple part and run the Repair Assistant that will get rid of the genuine parts warning.
I'm going to disagree with @ted53890 on several points. First, as I indicated, replacing the charging port won't help you; this is a battery issue. The phone's processor is unable to communicate with the BMS, or Battery Management System chip on the battery. This is almost always caused by a battery that's failed, although there are rare cases where another issue exists on the motherboard, but the recommended fix is to replace the battery.
Secondly, Ted mentions serialized components, but not all of them are; there are a few parts that aren't that can be replaced with non-Apple, aftermarket parts, although I admit that Apple is doing its best to serialize everything just to make repairs harder and more impractical for us.
Finally, I have to say that I have done dozens of iPhone repairs and mostly use aftermarket parts and to be honest, I have yet to run across one that was missing a vital sensor; it's been extremely rare that I get an aftermarket part that doesn't work just fine. There were cases early in the iPhone history where that was the case, but aftermarket manufacturers have gotten a lot better over the years, and I personally have no problem using them in the appropriate cases.
That being said, if you can live with a non-genuine parts warning, then an aftermarket battery will do just fine; otherwise you'll have to go to the Apple self service repair page to buy a genuine Apple battery or check out eBay; they usually have genuine parts available, but be sure to check that they state that there will be no genuine parts warning with their battery. Not sure where they get them, as Apple does not sell parts to anyone but end users and authorized Apple retailers; even iFixit can't get them.

@jerrywheeler I mentioned serialised components as the cpu sends out a signal to components to ensure they are working correctly as in screen, battery, charge port, front camera, dot projector etc as you know. One component failed to answer the cpu’s request which is causing the problem. I myself have fixed countless phones, tablets etc from working in a mobile phone repair shop. The most common issues is usually the charge port but not every time. Maybe the og poster should have listed battery capacity under battery health. If the phone has been exposed to moisture or liquid to narrow things down. Hopefully the new battery will solve the issue. You can now have aftermarket batteries fitted and programmed as an an original apple battery in most decent repair shops. They read the original battery data and program it into the new battery so no none genuine warning pops up.
@ted53890 I'm not arguing with your comment; just pointing out that not all of the components that the SMC communicates with are serialized; for instance you can get boot loops from a barometric pressure sensor, none of which (at least for now) is serialized, so an aftermarket part would work fine without any genuine parts warnings.
My analysis is based on the specific sensor code given in the panic log, which shows the battery as the part that could not be communicated with. This page has a list of all known sensor codes we're currently aware of.

The system management controller (SMC in your panic log) has failed to receive the correct data from one of the serialised components on the board. Usually the main culprit is the charging port flex. It could also be the sensor on the front camera, Face ID ribbon.
I would start by trying a new charge port assembly but make sure you buy an apple one (called pulled) as it will have all the sensors needed. Avoid aftermarket as some come with the needed sensors missing.

@lancelott, generally our key indicator of the problem is in the sensor array codes given. Unfortunately, yours is garbled; I'm guessing you scanned a screenshot or picture, but the code we need is unusable. Can you post the original or do a straight copy & paste of this sensor array 0 line?
