Right trigger is getting somewhat sticky
When I push my right trigger all the way down, it sticks a bit before releasing, giving a weird, sticky sensation, but it doesn't actually get stuck, nor does it hold down the button.

You most likely want to replace the joystick…
This will solve it, but is not easy to do as soldering is required.
