I've noticed that my laptop's performance is getting worse, especially in CPU-intensive games like CS2 and Valorant. Sometimes it also bluescreens due to overheating. How do I replace the thermal pads or smth that is reason?

According to the maintenance and service guide, taken from this support webpage for the model series, thermal paste is used and not thermal pads.
Go to p.50 in the manual to view the procedure for how to remove the Heat sink for CPU and graphics and also where to apply the thermal paste.
Thermal paste is also used on the Heat sink for hybrid graphics memory and the memory on the board - see p.49.

Also check that the fan is clean and dust free as well
How much ram is installed in the laptop?
According to the specs the laptop supports a maximum of 16GB DDR4 2400 ram
