Bad celluar connection iPhone 12 pro

Dear, today i have changed my iphone screen and battery, but after the replacement the phone loses celluar connection with no signal after 3-5 minutes (or frequent) but it comes back on after few seconds

Can something be damaged like a flex cable? i used to repair multiple phones in past, never accure this problem,

Can it be screen or bad battery issue?
