Here are a few things that would make it easier to help you. Does this happen when using the phone speakers or a separate device as earphones? Is there a difference when using different programs (eg. only one having the problem, or all of them)? Can you explain "sounds bad", is the audio low, constant noise etc.? Did something happen to the phone before you noticed the problem, like accidentally dropping it?
