HI all,
I have Thermomix tm31 that blows the t1a h250v fuse. I’ve replaced the fuse but it blows it again. need help accessing a circuit diagram, or help identifying the component that has died

that part is a MOSFET - This is the datasheet, but I could not find one in English.

thanks Bill.That's a MIP2E5DMY I'm chasing a MIP2E1DMY.Has help narrow it down.Tried to get it from Panasonic but as i dont have a company cant create a login acc.
have found that its a MIP2E1DMY IPD (Intelligent Power Devices)which is packaged as TO-220-A2,But googles closest result is TO-220-AB
I had same problem. Got new MIP2E!DMY . Fuse no-blow now but machine still don't work. Need schematic dgms to find trouble What several voltages are there on this PCB? David 4Dec21
