I am following this guide to remove the screen from my phone?

I am using an SMD rework station (878ad), instead of a heat gun, and a vacuum suction cup for pulling the screen once glue gets loose from the heat.

I have tried with 125 Celsius temperature (I know it is higher than recommended), and tried heating for 3 minutes. The glue doesn’t get loose at all.

What should I do to open it?

Should I try with even higher temperature, or should I try heating for a longer duration?

My screen is working fine, but I want to replace the speaker (I have a new speaker).

Moto G5s Plus ラウドスピーカーの交換

I suggest you try this one instead, since it’s the speaker you want to replace.

As for the heat, don’t exceed the recommended value or things might break. Maybe it should be better if you helped it with a prying tool WHILE heating it.

Already seen this. This also involves removing the screen. The video mentions 100 Celsius for 1 minute. I have already tried with higher values.
