Hi Gordon
I'm thinking your CMOS battery needs to be changed. Once you open the case, you'll find a small “button” battery on the motherboard very shiny about the size of a nickel.
Pop it out carefully and replace with a new one. That's it!

I found the battery replaced same. No more supply low. Still can not open other than f12 or f2. F1 say's failure. Thank you the battery fix. More to do.
Sorry Gordon I'm having a difficult time understanding your problem. Can you show some pictures of the error you get on screen now?
