You mean the HTC Sense home has stopped message right?
If you can hide the message and enter the phone settings then tap on apps, view the list of apps. Make sure show system apps is enabled via the menu then select HTC Sense home, make sure to clear the data / cache and then force stop the application.
It should then work normally again, it's a fairly common issue on HTC phones.
