Screen off Over heated and dead

ARSHAD nk the heating up is an indication that something is shortening out. You said the body is heating up so my first suspect would be the battery. I'd go ahead and use these guides iPhone 6s to replace that. While you have your phone open, take a look at other components and see if there is some obvious damage also focus on the display and the display connector. Until you open it up and take a look, everything will only be a guess.

Let the phone sit for an hour or so at room temperature and see if it turns on again.

No I was using while it's happen

ARSHAD nk what do you mean by that "Screen off Over heated and dead" What get's hot? Does this "warning suddenly screen then start to heating then maybe after 20 minutes dead" mean you get a message on the screen? Does your phone work normally for those 20 minutes?

suddenly the screen off and the body start to heat .Maybe around 20 minutes it's working without the screen but after that it's turned off automatically then now I can't turn on

Ok so no water damage, Have you tried connecting it to a laptop, if you're only worried about your data?
