1 JetPack wifi not working?
When I turn on my JetPack seems to be working but my devices are not getting any data or wifi. Why wont the JetPack give me wifi service?

Richard,
If your devices are not connecting to the JetPack, make sure that they are connected to the correct network that the JetPack is associated with. If they are correctly connected to the JetPack and still don't seem to receive any WiFi service, take a look at the screen on the JetPack and make sure it is displaying one or more service bars on the top left side of the screen. If it displays "No Service", move to different locations until at least one service bar is displayed.

I will try again. I am getting 3 bars on hotspot

Hi, What are the indicators showing on the display screen of the Jetpack? Can you 'see' the Jetpack in your devices' WiFi list of connections? if so can you connect to it? Can you access the Jetpack by entering http://192.168.1.1 from a browser and entering the password? What else have you tried to do?

jetpack screen shows "cycle ends Dec 31" unlimited. yes, can see the jetpack in computor wifi list. Will not let me connect
