Richard, If your devices are not connecting to the JetPack, make sure that they are connected to the correct network that the JetPack is associated with. If they are correctly connected to the JetPack and still don't seem to receive any WiFi service, take a look at the screen on the JetPack and make sure it is displaying one or more service bars on the top left side of the screen. If it displays "No Service", move to different locations until at least one service bar is displayed.
