Sir,
When I am using some applications on my phone the following error is occured on the screen.
"out of memory/java/out of memory"
I have sufficient phone memory and external memory in my phone.
What is an application error? Is there any limit for using applications in my phone? Please, give reply as early as possible.

the error showed on the screen is correct, the phone simply has not enough free ram to handle that application.
