Sony Xperia Sola Troubleshooting

Phone charges slowly or does not charge at all.

Check your charger to make sure that your charger is functioning properly. If the charger is not functioning then you will have to buy a new one.

Phone does not produce sound or sound is weak.

If your headphones are not producing sound when you put them into your phones headphone jack then the headphone jack will need to be replaced. The headphone jack replacement guide can be found here.

Phone screen is having issues including cracks, nothing displayed, and not responding to your touch.

If your screen has a crack or is completely shattered then the front screen will need to be replaced. The screen replacement guide can be found here.

Your camera shows up scratched or everything shows up black.
