OEM
純正機器製造業者 (OEM)
定義: 他の会社が自社ブランド名で販売する製品の構成部品を製造する企業。
純正品（OEM）ではない修理部品をOEMと謳って販売することは詐欺にあたります。特定の企業は、OEM部品を使用していると主張する修理店に対して法的措置を講じ、勝訴しています。
「OEM」の意味を理解することは、修理用パーツを調達する際に非常に重要です。
例: Apple Inc.は自社でデバイスを製造していません。Appleのデバイスは海外で製造・組み立てられています。この場合、Apple Inc.はOEMリセラーであり、実際に製造している企業がOEMとなります。
iPadの免責事項には、Appleが設計および販売元であると記載されています。OEM業者の名は公表されていません。

so how can i get the same or higher quality part from China. or even here in America…. ii aam sure the factory is selling the parts even after not being contracted by Apple but how to find them.

We understand wanting to source the best possible replacements for your device. Some companies like Apple doesn't like to sell their OEM parts to just anyone, so they are extremely hard to find.
