Successful iPhone 5 battery replacement

My iPhone was not holding a charge and it was obvious that a new battery was needed.

The repair was successful -- and my phone charges and works like a boss!

Next time, I will get the magnetic parts mat as I almost lost one of the super-tiny screws. Also, it's so easy to confuse the different sizes (1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, etc) so keeping those items in labeled bins or on the mat is critical. Last point: This repair is impossible w/o a magnetized Phillips 00 screw driver! With a non-magnetized driver, the screws are nearly impossible to replace.
