Background
The Sony Ericsson Xperia is an Android based smart phone that was manufactured and sold in 2010. Today it’s not the most popular or widely used but there are still people that continue to use the phone. Sony Ericsson has released a repair guide for this phone that describes how to dissemble and replace most components. Identification
Many of the Sony Ericsson phones use the name Xperia. In order to tell this model apart from the others, remove the battery from the back of the phone and read the what is to the right of the manufacturer's name. It should read X10a.
