Background
The Lenovo ThinkPad E540 is the 8th generation of the E series devices. The E540 features a 4th generation Intel Core Processor, DDR3 Memory, Optical SATA Hard Disk Drive, Integrated Intel Graphics, SD Card Reader, HDMI and USB 3.0 ports. It incorporates a built in WiFi card as well as Bluetooth. The device features High Definition Audio, Keyboard TrackPoint Touchpad, and a Fingerprint reader.
