Identification and Background
The model number of the camera is located on the front of the camera to the right of the lens cover and under the flash.
The Leica Z(oom) 2x (double focal length range) is a sophisticated must-have camera, equipped with an automatic 35-70mm zoom lens. The remarkable real-image viewfinder of this device makes it delightfully easy to compose pictures because everything in the photograph corresponds to the viewfinder screen. In addition to its user-friendly setup, its portable size makes it effortless to take anywhere. Lastly, the LCD display keeps the user fully aware of the camera’s conditions at all times, polishing the finishing touch on the Leica Z2X’s classically cool and convenient theme.
A special Jaguar edition was released in mid 2000 limited to 1,000 cameras. The body is finished in black and British racing green with Jaguar logo on lower front.
