The Kyocera Hydro Vibe is a waterproof, touchscreen phone that was first released in May 2014. It is a certified dustproof and waterproof phone. The Kyocera can resist up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This phone takes 8 MP pictures on the rear camera and 2 MP pictures on the front-facing camera. The phone is lightweight, thin and has 4G LTE with 1.2 GHz Quad processor, which allows for fast surfing, messaging, and downloading. The phone has a 4.5 impact resistant touchscreen, so it keeps it protected during unexpected events. It also has a 4.5” qHD screen which is good for watching videos, playing video games, and searching the web. This phone has a built in Smart Sonic Receiver which means phone calls will be easier to hear in different environments.

The Kyocera Hydro Vibe was sold in a black and charcoal gray color scheme. It has a 4.5-inch screen with navigation buttons printed along the lower bezel and the Kyocera logo printed in the center of the top bezel. The bottom casing is made of textured plastic. The model number C6725 and serial numbers are printed on a label beneath the removable battery.
