Background
Also referred to as The Scoop 2-Way Brewer, this machine comes pre-packaged with a glass coffee pot and a mesh filter for the individual cup brewing station. Some features of this product include:
- Makes a full coffee pot or an individual cup of coffee
- Programmable clock can be set to brew coffee up to 24 hours in advance
- Automatic shutoff after 2 hours
- Can be set to regular or bold coffee strength
- Individual cup holder is adjustable to fit larger or smaller cups
- Stainless steel fascia
- Works with both loose coffee grinds and pre-made pods
Identification
The Hamilton Beach 49980A is made of black plastic with silver metal accents. The Hamilton Beach logo is embossed in the center of the coffee maker base. A small LCD and function buttons are located on the upper front of the device. The coffee maker includes a glass carafe with a black plastic lid and handle.
To confirm the model of your coffee maker, look for the label on the bottom of the device or on the original packaging.
