Alcatel Jitterbug Smart Repair

The Jitterbug Smart was released by GreatCall in 2016. It is primarily geared towards seniors and those with medical conditions with its large buttons and simplified layout.

It comes pre loaded with GreatCall's MedCoach and Urgent Care apps as well as a 5Star Urgent Response Button, which is always present on the screen. The Urgent Response feature is a 24/7 service, but each urgent care call will cost $3.99. A weekly wellness call can also be set up for an additional $4/month.

There is a stark contrast between the settings menus(which are displayed as they would on any other android device) and apps, which has made it difficult for some to navigate and change the settings. The apps are laid out in a tidy, vertical fashion for easy navigation and most text and buttons appear very large. It also features voice typing, for easy texting and emailing.
