This notebook is part of the Eee family and was produced in 2007, but it was launched in the US on May 12, 2008. It is a lightweight and low cost notebook. There was a decline in sales in 2013 due to the flood of other notebooks coming into the market. There is a two finger track-pad allowing for two-finger scroll and zoom. A down side to this notebook is that the battery will die out if it’s not being charged, even if it is not in use.
