@erickernest the device you picked (LG 37LG10-UM) was first released in 2008. It still uses CCFL for the backlight. Let us know how you determined that you need to replace the backlight. Since these are CCFLs it is unlikely that all of them will have failed. It is more likely that this is an issue with the inverter board. Check the power board to make sure it supplies the power to the inverter board
Use the SM for your listed TV that you download from this page LG 37LG10-UM (Flat Screen) under the Documents header. Page 37 in the SM shows you the flow chart for the No Backlight issue.
Yes, you can replace CCFL's but you do need to partially disassemble the complete LCD panel. Just in case you need to go there, use the Auo T370xw02 Vc 37inch Wide Xga Color Tft Lcd Module V0.0 2005 Datasheet for that panel.

Check the LED backlight power supply, driver board, and LED strips with a multimeter; replace faulty parts after unplugging the device, or consult a technician if unsure.

@arshjot No LED backlight and no LED strips in this model at all. You can't test CCFL tubes with a multimeter!
