There doesn't seem to be a dedicated speaker replacement guide for the New 2DS XL, but you can follow the initial steps in the iFixit teardown.
You'll need a Y00 screwdriver, a small Phillips screwdriver, and a plastic pry tool. After removing the back cover, be careful with the camera ribbon cable and its tiny locking connector. The speakers have small plugs and are held in place by screws, so you shouldn't need to solder if your replacement speakers come with the correct cables.
Before replacing them, test with headphones to make sure the issue is actually with the speakers and not the audio circuitry.
