The screen is cracked.
Computer works but the screen has a Crack and does not show a clear picture. The picture comes up but is not legible.

@ryanbreese this means you will need to replace the display assembly. If you give us the exact model number we can most likely even get you a guide etc. for that. Without the exact model number we really can't give you the proper details.
