My laptops doesnt run

@madjisyahr31660 an HP blink code of 3 slow and 2 fast indicates a memory (RAM) initialization error.

To check things out remove the bottom cover from your laptop and then disconnect the main battery. Next, remove all of the RAM from your laptop. Clean the gold contacts of each piece of RAM with isopropyl alcohol or a soft pencil eraser (just don't rub to hard so as not to destroy the contacts ;).

Place a single piece of RAM back into the primary slot. Connect only the AC adapter to your laptop and turn it on. If the error code continues to show up, place that piece of RAM into the secondary slot. Test each piece of RAM separately in both slots to find out which piece of RAM is causing the problem. If a piece of RAM does not work in either slot, then that piece of RAM is no longer working. If you use known good pieces of RAM and they do not work in a particular slot, then there is a fractured solder joint on the motherboard that will need to be repaired. Let us know what you find out.
