Whenever I receive some new App on my Tecno Pop 6 phone through a App called Xender ; it's really hard for me to install... The only response to my situation is [Packaging installing Stopped]
@haenu firmware, software, flashing and missing (forgotten) passwords are really not what we deal with on here. We are more of the hardware repair kind of group. For your "issue" I suggest you check those forums (I'd start with this one) that deal with that.
