front 4x4 actuator ground
I transfer case control motor will shift into four low but I can't get the thing to shift into too high or four high I wonder if it's the ground on the front actuator

It could be a faulty transfer case shift control switch.
Here's the wiring diagram from the 1999-2005 Sierra service manual that may help.
