The procedure is the same for various models in the LFXC24*** series so I'm hoping that it will be relevant for your model as well.

If the model has two ice makers which one has the problem?

It has two and it is the bottom one.

I did the Smart Diagnosis on my ThinQ App and have No Problem Detected.
