LT RT getting enabled and disabled automatically

i bought 2 wired xbox 360 controllers and both of their LT RT are getting enabled automatically and then gets disabled automatically and sometimes i have to press LT RT hard to make it work but its not enough , the problem still occurs . Also it some times gets enabled with the joysticks respectively ( e.g: LT with left joystick and RT with right joystick).


is there anything i can do to fix it
