Weird bootlooping issue after storage

So, I just busted my Ellipsis 7 back out yesterday and it had been a few years, so I plugged it into the original working charger. It booted up but I forgot the password. I went to reset eMMC but it started bootlooping then finally booted after a few tries. Now, it just loops and I have tried every button combo with charger and battery dis/connections. It was never heavily used so it probably isn’t a worn out eMMC. It was never physically damaged and was stored in a cool, dry place.
