Why my cellphone lag

Many things could cause a phone to lag. It could be overheating, the battery could be worn out and not supplying enough power to the phone, or there could be software bogging down the phone in the background. Is the phone very hot to the touch? Have you recently installed new (perhaps sketchy) apps?

There are multiple reasons for this but according to my pov, low storage and too many apps are the main. Restart the phone, free up some storage, update Android and your apps, remove apps you don't use, and check whether the phone is overheating.
