How to replace mobile screen

It's fairly straight-forward on your phone, much the same as it is for a lot of Android phones. First thing is to take off the back panel, then unscrew the midframe retaining plates on the top and bottom. Disconnect the battery first, then the display connector from the motherboard and the lower connector on the daughter card. Separate the LCD from the midframe and remove it. Clean the old adhesive, glue on a new display with something like B7000 and reassemble. This video shows you the whole process.
