Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.91 (97 of 114 pdf) in the manual to view the procedure to remove the keyboard assembly.

You will have to nearly disassemble the entire laptop to do this.

There a 158 keyboards available that are compatible with the laptop model. They are country and feature specific e.g. backlight, non backlight. The easiest way to know which exact keyboard model you have is to look for the Lenovo part number which should be found somewhere on the back of the keyboard assembly. For example the part number for a USA English non backlight keyboard is 01EN548 whereas an Arabic non backlight keyboard is 01EP029. Once you've found the part number for the keyboard, search online for the keyboard part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
