Please elaborate on what you mean by "will not accept" the SD card?
Does the SIM tray containing both the SD card and SIM card insert OK into the phone?
Have you checked that the SD card gold contacts are face down in the tray?
Have you checked that the SD card is working by trying it in another device or inserting another known working SD card into the phone to see if it works?
