Xbox games wont read
The Xbox games won't read.We replaced the reader and fan and Xbox games won't read What did we do wrong we cleaned it and put everything back in place just like new and it still wont read

Hi!
I know that there are pretty bad lasers out there. So maybe the laser is bad and you might want to return it.
I always replace the complete laser deck. Way more less risk to damage other components, plus, you also replace the other parts that might be faulty.
I recommend to try that.
Otherwise, replace the disk drive completely (always transfer the original PCB to the new drive!). But most of the time this is not needed.
Replacing the laser deck completely, should do the trick!

@joseavalos86830 Pretty simple, but doesn’t hurt to make sure, you are using Xbox ONE games correct?
