@fatihemre those lines can be caused by the main board as well as bad LVDS cables. Worst case is a bad panel. I would remove the back cover and check the flat ribbon cables for any tear and corrosion. You can always clean the ends of the cables with a pencil eraser. If that does not help, you could try a main board, provided you can find one for a decent price. Once you have the back cover off post some good pictures of the boards and the interconnect cables etc. That way we can hopefully assist you with that further.

Where should I focus on?
@fatihemre the main board is the big green one. The smaller green board is your T-Con board and the large brown one is the power board. For now I would focus on the large green board

@fatihemre that is your LED controller. It controls the LED baklight strips.
info: when tv is cold first start there are no horizontal lines, after 2 minutes I hear A low, high-pitched sound and horizontal lines appear.

@fatihemre that will depend what it looks like. Horizontal lines are usually caused by issues with the panel. We will see what your TV shows you. Post a picture of that with your question. That way we can see what you see iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
