SIm 1 is not working
I have utilized this device without incident for an extended period. Unexpectedly, my network access was suspended, and the device displayed "emergency calls." Subsequently, an error indicated that SIM 1 not allowed

If you're using an actual physical sim, simply switch it to Sim 2 if your phone has that capability. If not you can do a software reset of all Sims. But just remember it will wipe out your setting this. If you're using an esim you should be able to delete it and reinstall a new one through your carrier. Good luck
