I have a gen 2 model MSP 16 and the battery won't charge at all. I've found guides on teardown and replacing the battery but can't seem to find an actual battery for this specific unit.
I've found gen 1 batteries on AliExpress but am hopefully someone here can point me in the direction of gen 2.
For the record I've already spoken with Wacom support and they want $1200 + shipping to swap the battery for me which is ridiculous.

Best option to find the correct battery is to open the tablet to gain access to the battery and find the battery model number which will be printed on the battery and then search online for (insert battery model number) battery, to find suppliers
Not sure if this is the Gen 1 or Gen2 model but here's a teardown video that may help.

Thank you for the response. My plan is to do a full teardown once I get back home toward the end of this month. When I do, I'll document the entire process and share it here with everyone.
