Image not visible through View finder
Unable to view through view finder. But visible through touch screen. What could be the faulty part or reason ?

The eyepiece image is via a set of mirrors bending the image alignment out the front. I don't know the construction of this camera so I can't tell you if it's a straight mirror of a prism setup like Binoculars.
In any case the optical alignment is not correct. You'll need to carefully lift the top cover off to see what is displaced or damaged (fall or bang?)
