Phone not getting charged
I was putting my phone on charging with other charger when I started charging it doesn't start charging it gets off and know it is not open after connecting to it's charger also so what happened to it

It's hard to parse your message but I guess you are saying, your phone does not charge? Some things to try:
Test if other devices will charge with your cable and charger. If not:
- Try a different USB-cable
- Try a different charger
If that does not help, have good look at the charging port of the phone: does it look dirty or bent?
When you connect your phone to a computer, does it charge? Is it recognized by the computer?
Maybe try rebooting the phone.

Well I think your battery is dead and you need to replace your battery with the new battery.
