Seems pretty evident you're looking for information about replacing your screen. There don't seem to be any written, iFixit-style step by step guides available for your particular model, but I did locate a pretty good YouTube video that will take you through the entire process.

It's a pretty straight-forward process, pretty much the same as most Android phones in that the recommended method of replacing the screen is to purchase it already mounted on the midframe, then just transfer the internals from the old phone to the new screen+frame assembly.
It is possible to replace just the screen without the midframe, but then you're dealing with glue and need an entirely different set of instructions. If you're not experienced at screen replacements, the screen+frame method is definitely the way to go, as there's much less possibility of anything going wrong.
