Operation CHARM has the repair manual for your car available online. In order to select the correct guide, you would need to provide the year and whether yours is FWD or AWD, but it doesn't look like the radiator replacement procedure is any different between the two. Here's the guide for a 2005 FWD, but you can navigate to the exact one you have from there.

@ryan48322 besides the excellent answer provided by my colleague, here is the Coolant Chapter. that way you have a "hardcopy" ;-) The rest of the FSM is now available for you on this page 2002-2007 Nissan Murano under the Documents tab.
