We need more information in order to help. Which mouse are you talking about; the built in trackpad, or an external actual computer mouse? When you say not working, do you not see a cursor at all, does the cursor not move, or does it move incorrectly? If you're talking about an external mouse, is it plugged in or connected wirelessly?
