Hi!
The 0033 error is pointing towards the RAM. Please check the RAM power rail. Also check the capacitors there.
Could also be the GPU, so please check that one out as well.

I took it to a repair shop, and they said I would have to replace the chipset.
Ouch, that is a difficult repair! Sorry for the bad news.. please let us know how it goes!
