The Neato XV Signature is a programmable robotic vacuum cleaner. It is compatible with smartphone apps for remote scheduling and cleaning. Model number: 910-0113.

No text on display

This unit has never been used. It was a family members who passed away and was never used. It is powering up and the display back light is on, but there is no text. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting. I believe I need to order a new LCD for the unit. How do I do that for such an old unit?

You didn't specify what troubleshooting methods you did but did you try performing a soft and/or hard reset on the cleaner?

If not and if still no good after trying a hard reset, it may not be the display that is the problem it still could be a software problem in the cleaner.

Try connecting the cleaner via a USB connection to a Windows PC and see if it responds.

Here's the Neato programmer's manual, a direct download link to the necessary proprietary USB drivers and a download link to a HyperTerminal program that may help with this.
