Why blades dont move

There's no way to be sure without photos, but I'd say the two most likely causes are either a burnt out motor or something obstructing movement of the axle. If you need to replace the motor, you could probably just buy a stock motor (Just make sure it's got the same current type- otherwise it'll quickly burn out again) and use it in place of the original. After all, fans aren't exactly what you'd call complicated, at least by modern standards. If you need to clear an obstruction from the axle, you'll have to take the cage off of the front and take the blades off completely (most are held on by a screw or two) so that you can remove whatever is holding the axle still. If none of this works, the fan might have a blown fuse. Some fans actually have an integrated fuse for surge protection, so that's another potential cause. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this particular fan, so I can't say for sure. Good luck!
