My PS5 flickers when connected to adisplay capable of displaying HD or better. It works for a while, but then starts flickering. It works fine on a cheap 5 inch monitor that I have is this likely the HDMI port?.

Hi!
Did you tried some new premium HDMI cables? Would try that first.
I think it’s more related to the HDMI IC in this case then the port.
Please try above first, otherwise you need to try a new HDMI IC.

Yeah I definitely tried a new short 8k cable and still had issues. Something told me it probably wasn’t the port. I goes I’ll have to take it somewhere for repair. Thanks
